About the case

Skanska is a global company in construction and society at large. Founded in Sweden over 135 years ago and now an iconic brand all over the world.
We worked together with the brand team at Skanska and design agency DDB NORD ID during the rebranding of Skanska. Through workshops and analysis we defined a new sonic identity including guidelines, bespoke brand music, curated playlists and a sound logotype.

Shaping identity

Materials, shapes and spaces are all ingredients playing key roles in Skanska’s work and in the places they create. They are also important aspects to consider when crafting music and sound design. During the process, we found inspiration exploring how these ingredients could translate into sonic expressions, helping to enhance and tell the story of how Skanska shapes our society.

We created five bespoke mood tracks to empower Skanska's stories around projects, people and society.
